Views are how aggregates of certain content types are displayed. Views are accessed through the Paragraph tab

Views options include 

• A complete listing of the content type 
• A filtered listing - all the listings related to particular division/units, programs, labs, or subsites
• Most recent listings - all or filtered 
• Three or four tiled listing
