Policies are documents with additional descriptive text added. Each policy is created individually and then a view is created to list aggregated policies.
- Content>Add Content>Policy
- Add Title of policy
- Add Revision Date
- Add Policy type. This is the field by which policies are filtered. Creating the policy type list prior to creating the policy section is a good idea
- To upload a policy document, such as a PDF, click the Add media button in the Policy File Attachments section
- Add Media - Add the document that this policy refers to. See Working with the Media Library for instructions on how to upload documents
- Save
