The utility menu appears at the top of the site, above the site header to the right. Users should post no more than 4 items on the utility menu in order to maintain the integrity of the site design.
Select Stucture > Menus > Utility from the top admin menu.
Click the Add link button.
In the Menu link title field, add the text to be displayed.
To link to an internal page, begin typing the title of a page on the the site in the Link field and select it from the resulting drop-down menu.
To link to an external page, enter the URL to the external site such as https://duke.edu.
Enter an optional Description if desired.
Save.
Select Stucture > Menus > Utility from the top admin menu.
Click the Edit button to the right of the link to be changed.
In the Menu link title field, add the text to be displayed.

Select Stucture > Menus > Utility from the top admin menu.
Click the down-arrow icon ▾ on the the Edit button to the right of the link to be deleted.
Click Delete in the resulting drop-down menu.
Click the Delete button that appears below the "This action cannot be undone" warning.
Note: The Utility menu is dynamically displayed if it has links and hidden if empty. To remove the menu, just delete all of the links and if you want it to reappear later, just add links back to the menu.
Select Stucture > Menus > Utility from the top admin menu.
