- Click Insert from Media Library button
- Select the Document vertical tab in the pop-up window.
- If the file has been previously uploaded, look for it in the pop-up window for it and click on it. If not, click the Browse button to upload it from your computer.
- After selecting the document, click Insert selected.

Adding Media
- Select the Document, Image, Remote Audio or Remote Video vertical tab.
- ~To find a file has been previously uploaded:
- Type a file name or partial filename in the Name field and click the Apply filters button.
- Click on the desired file.
- To upload a file:
- Click Browse.
- Find the file on your computer. The checkbox above the image should fill in.
- Click Save in the Add or select media dialog box.
- Click the Insert selected button.
