Detailed directions, instructions for free parking, and any prep material will be emailed out one week and one day before the event. Tired of zoom rooms and online trainings? Join us in person on August 28th 3:00-4:30 pm to discuss and explore the experiences mentoring and being mentored in research spaces through structured conversation. The conversation will be held in a conference room located in the DOSI offices, which are in the same plaza as NaanStop. Talking Circles are a new event format offered by ASIST. These events are designed to bring researchers across backgrounds and experience levels together to explore the intersection of research culture and research integrity. All participants will have the opportunity to share their thoughts, stories, and perspectives. This is not a lecture-style event. Participation in this event fulfills the RCR-200 requirement for Faculty and Staff and the 715 RCR credit for graduate students. Due to the nature of the event format, participants will not be able to join after the event has begun. Participants must be present for the entire event to receive credit.
