While health care workers have mobilized to take care of patients during this pandemic, Duke University researchers are conducting cutting-edge science to better understand the pathophysiology, fundamental mechanisms and clinical consequences of COVID-19, develop vaccines and testing methods, and address social issues and health disparities related to COVID-19.

The School of Medicine is hosting a monthly virtual COVID-19 Research Seminar Series to highlight this important research. The series is hosted and moderated by Svati Shah, MD, MHS, associate dean of genomics and director of the Precision Genomics Collaboratory.

This seminar series occurs on the third Tuesday of month, from 4:00 to 5:00 pm, with some exceptions for holidays and institutional events.
